摘要

Abstract

The healthy psychological condition of adolescents is fundamental to the development of their personalities

and is an essential part of building a harmonious society

realizing national rejuvenation

and realizing a strong educational country. Under the environment of digital culture

mobile devices and social media have had a significant impact on adolescents' daily life

causing great changes in their social interaction

information acquisition and cognitive modes

and bringing new threats and pressures

such as cyber-addiction

cyber-bullying

information overload

social alienation

etc.

while providing convenience for them. Therefore

this paper discusses the problems encountered in adolescent mental health education in the digital era

to explore effective educational strategies that are more in line with reality

and to promote the healthy development of adolescent psychology.
