摘要

Abstract

Being a significant branch of Chinese culture

Chaoshan culture has exerted a profound influence on the moral decision-making of adolescents

thanks to its unique cultural cohesion and profound historical background. This study attempts to explore the impact of the cultural cohesion of Chaoshan culture on the moral decision-making of Chaoshan youth

Mainly by questionnaire survey to collect data

through related analysis

linear regression

and variance analysis

the results show that: (1) average identity and sense of belonging average score the higher the chaoshan youth

the more tend not to make close organization immoral decision and values scores and cultural confidence average score higher the chaoshan youth

the more tend to make close organization unethical decisions. The higher the average score of cultural confidence in Chaoshan youth

the more inclined to make the moral dilemma decision of the utilitarian principle. (2) Chaoshan men are more inclined to make pro-organizational immoral decisions than Chaoshan women

reflecting gender differences. (3) In general

the higher the cohesion of Chaoshan culture

the Chaoshan youth may be more likely to make the moral dilemma decision of the utilitarian principle and have a more obvious tendency to make pro-organizational immoral behavior.
