摘要

Abstract

With the rapid development of the social economy and the continuous advancement of educational reforms

vocational college students are facing many complex challenges

and the importance of psychological resilience is increasingly highlighted. This paper aims to explore the current status and challenges of psychological resilience among vocational college students

elaborate on the collaborative value and theoretical basis of psychological resilience cultivation and digital management

construct a psychological resilience cultivation system empowered by digitalization

and propose corresponding safeguard mechanisms and key issues. Through this collaborative path

we aim to comprehensively improve the level of psychological resilience among vocational college students and promote their comprehensive development and healthy growth.
