Abstract
With the adjustment and development of the job market
China's employment and entrepreneurship environment is becoming more and more standardized
but employment discrimination still exists objectively. Among all kinds of discrimination
gender discrimination is particularly obvious
especially the extremely negative impact of the implicit distortion of young women's equal employment rights. The reasons for discrimination against young women are mainly the high cost of employing young female employees in employers. At the same time
there are many shortcomings in the current path to solve discrimination in employment among young women
broad provisions on legal construction and weak corresponding supervision and implementation ability
and slow and poor operation of changes in traditional cultural concepts. Based on the high employment cost of young women in China
improving the maternity insurance system and reducing the "natural attachment cost" of young women is an important way to alleviate the current employment discrimination suffered by young women.
